THE TRUST & CONTRIBUTION MODEL
DEEP REFLECTION. DEEPER TRANSFORMATION
Flexible Private Text & Email Coaching for Midlife Women
What if coaching didn't come with a fixed price?
For the next six months, I'm doing things a little differently.
I'm opening a limited number of private coaching spaces for women who are ready to reflect deeply, make meaningful changes and create what's next—and inviting each woman to make an honest financial contribution based on what she genuinely feels able and willing to invest.
No fixed fee. No “right” amount.
Just trust, contribution and a deeply personal coaching relationship.

COACHING THAT FITS INTO YOUR LIFE
Are you a self-reflective woman navigating a significant shift in your health, life, work or relationships?
Perhaps you know something needs to change. Perhaps you've been thinking about it for months—or even years.
And perhaps what you don't need is another appointment on your calendar.
I've been journaling since I was ten years old, and throughout my life I've discovered something powerful: when we give ourselves the space to put our thoughts into words, we often discover things we couldn't see while they were simply circling around in our heads.
I've worked through relationships, weight issues, self-image, workplace dynamics, as well as purpose and joy—all through writing. And I've witnessed that same power of reflection in the women I've coached.
Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs don't happen while sitting across from a coach on a screen. They happen in the quiet moments between—while you're walking, journaling at the kitchen table, processing a difficult day, or suddenly seeing your situation from an entirely different perspective.
That's where this kind of coaching comes in.
This is deeply personal, one-on-one coaching that happens through writing—so you have the time and space to think, feel, respond and come back to the conversation whenever you're ready.
No performing.
No trying to come up with the “right” thing to say.
No rushing to have an answer before the session ends.
Just an honest, ongoing conversation between you and me.
COACHING IN YOUR BACK POCKET
Think of me as a thoughtful, compassionate co-pilot for whatever you're navigating right now.
When an insight hits, a question keeps circling your mind, a boundary feels difficult, something isn't working, or you simply don't know what to do next—you write to me.
I'll read what you've written carefully and respond with personalized insight, perspective, questions and reflective exercises designed specifically for you.
You get to read my response in your own time.
You can sit with it.
Journal about it.
Argue with it. 😉
Come back to it tomorrow.
And then write again.
Over time, the conversation becomes something you can return to again and again as your thinking evolves.
And there is another reason I believe this works: the answers we need aren't always something another person can give us. Sometimes they emerge when we become quiet enough to hear what is already stirring within.
That's the deeper premise behind the way I coach.
HOW IT WORKS
Your Written Coaching Conversation
You have direct access to me through private email/text throughout our coaching relationship.
When something comes up, you don't have to wait until our next appointment to talk about it. Write it down and send it over.
I'll respond within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday, with thoughtful, individualized coaching—not canned advice or a quick “check-in.”
I'll meet you where you are in your process and help you see what may be difficult to see on your own.
THE MONTHLY TOUCHSTONE
Once each month, we'll step away from the written conversation and meet for a dedicated 60-minute deep-dive session, by Zoom or in person.
We'll look at what's been happening, what you're discovering, where you're growing, what's getting in your way and what deserves your attention next.
It's a chance to pause, take stock and reconnect with the bigger picture.
THE SPACE TO PROCESS
There is no expectation that you respond immediately to my questions or insights.
That's one of the gifts of this model.
You can read something I've written, let it settle, live with it for a while—and then come back when you're ready.
Your growth doesn't have to happen on somebody else's schedule.
WHY WRITTEN COACHING?
There are three reasons this approach may be especially powerful for you:
Because You Think Deeply
If you're naturally reflective, writing can take you places that a 45- or 60-minute conversation simply can't.
You have time to find the words.
You can say the thing you might have forgotten—or been too nervous—to say out loud.
And when you write something down, you often discover what you really think and feel in the process of writing it.
Because You Don't Need Another Appointment
Life is already full.
You shouldn't have to rearrange your day every time you need a little perspective.
This model gives you access to coaching when something is actually happening in your life—not just when you've managed to squeeze another appointment into your calendar.
Because Your Own Words Matter
Over time, your written conversations become a record of your thinking, your discoveries, your decisions and your growth.
You can look back and see how far you've come.
Sometimes that's powerful all by itself.
THE TRUST & CONTRIBUTION MODEL
A Different Way To Invest In Yourself
For the first six months of offering this coaching model, I'm doing things differently.
There is no fixed coaching fee.
Instead, I'm inviting each woman to make an honest financial contribution—one that reflects what she genuinely feels able and willing to invest in this experience.
Why?
Because I believe in generosity.
I believe meaningful support shouldn't be available only to those who can comfortably afford a traditional coaching fee.
And I believe there is something powerful about stepping outside the familiar question of:
“What does this cost?” and instead asking:
“What feels like an honest contribution for me?”
This is an experiment in trust—for you and for me.
There is no “right” number.
There is simply your honest number.
Your contribution does not determine whether you're accepted for coaching. Your application is about whether this model, this timing and this relationship feel like a genuine fit.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This coaching is for the woman who is ready to participate in her own growth.
You don't need to have everything figured out.
You don't need to know exactly what you want.
And you certainly don't need to arrive with a beautifully organized five-year plan.
But you do need to be willing to look honestly at yourself, reflect on what you discover and take responsibility for what you choose to do with it.
You may be navigating a change in your health, your work, your relationships, your sense of purpose—or simply feeling that it's time to create something different for the next chapter of your life.
You're curious.
You're willing to go beneath the surface.
You're open to questions that might make you think.
And you're looking for a coach who will listen deeply, tell you the truth with compassion, and walk alongside you rather than tell you how to live your life.
If that sounds like you, I would love to hear from you.
THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE
And that's intentional.
I'm not looking for the largest possible number of clients.
I'm looking for the right women for this particular kind of coaching.
Because this model depends on trust, openness and genuine engagement, I ask every prospective client to complete a short application before we begin.
I'll read your answers personally, and we'll decide together whether this feels like the right fit.
I currently work with a maximum of 10 women at a time, so that I can give each coaching relationship the attention, thought and presence it deserves.
