Weight Transformation is Possible

We are far more capable than we realize. Yet too often, we silence our dreams, fall into patterns of addiction, and struggle to apply what we’ve learned - despite all the knowledge we’ve gathered. Then, we blame ourselves for not being perfect. This cycle is all too familiar when it comes to weight - losing it, gaining it back, and repeating the pattern once again . . . 

Switch the Narrative . . .

When I dropped 85 lbs of body fat, I learned that real change begins when we rewrite the story we tell ourselves. When we let go of the self-sabotaging thoughts that keep us stuck, like, this is just the way I am, OR, nobody ever loses 50-100 lbs and keeps it off!

Our actions shift when we transform what we believe to be true about ourselves.

Lasting transformation happens when we dare to examine our thinking, expand our sense of what’s possible, and take bold action in favor of our goals. Weight is permanently released, then, not by forcing ourselves to eat more greens and never touch a cookie, but by strengthening our inner world - freeing ourselves from the patterns and obsessions that keep us trapped. When we embrace a sustainable new way of thinking and being, we heal from the inside out, allowing us to live with greater freedom, ease, and purpose.

Where to Begin

 

Change starts with self-awareness. The following foundational questions align with the first two PILLARS of my 8 Pillars for INSPIRED Holistic Weight Release:

  •  INTENTION: What do I truly want? What do I deeply desire to achieve, overcome, transform, or optimize in my life?

  •  NECESSITY: Why does this matter to me?
